Davit Shanto, Esq.
Founder and PartnerDavit Shanto is the Founder and Partner of the firm. He brings extensive experience in toxic torts, products liability, personal injury litigation, and workers’ compensation. Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Shanto litigated cases involving catastrophic injuries, toxic torts, and other serious personal injury matters. His background handling complex disputes from multiple perspectives gives him a strategic advantage in navigating high-stakes cases.
Mr. Shanto earned his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with an emphasis in Criminology from California State University, Northridge, and his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School. During law school, he served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Otis D. Wright II of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Mr. Shanto is an active member of the Armenian Bar Association and is committed to serving his clients with professionalism, diligence, and integrity.

Suren Shanto, Esq.
Managing PartnerSuren Shanto is the Managing Partner of the firm and a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Driven by a deep desire to serve his country, Mr. Shanto joined the military to see the world and be part of something greater than himself. Today, he brings that same sense of purpose and dedication to his legal practice. He has experience handling personal injury, lemon law, and Section 8 housing discrimination matters, advocating for individuals who often face powerful and well-resourced opponents.
Mr. Shanto earned his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy with a concentration in Ethics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He holds a Juris Doctor and a Master of Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law and the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, respectively. He is currently pursuing an LLM at the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law. His background in service, ethics, and dispute resolution allows him to be both a strong advocate and a thoughtful problem solver.
